Vitamins: B12

Vitamin B12,also known as cobalamin, is an important water-soluble vitamin . It plays an essential role in the production of your red blood cells and DNA, as well as the proper functioning of your nervous system. Vitamins naturally found in animal foods, including meats, fish, poultry, eggs.


Vitamin they are one of the rare nutrient found only in meat , dairy and fruits. And funnily, instead of people consuming a balanced diet( For more info visit our blog)for vitamin, protein, carbohydrates etc, they are taking multivitamins , protein bars and French fries for carbohydrates. That will be okay for nutrients like carbohydrates,protein,vitamins but what about calcium , vitB12?

You know if you don't eat vitamins for exactly just 7 days your skin turns into a pale white colour you will have dry skin , stomachache and constipation too!

So, I would suggest just eat some orange, drink some milk and eat hash browns and take a good night's sleep.

So for all the vitamins and nutrients you need to eat various foods like meat, fruits, vegetables and also dry fruits. But instead if you wanna go on eating french fries and whey or max protein believe me you are going to look like a diseased ghost .
